Support and maintenance are included within this period. The company will not be liable for any damages you may suffer in connection with using or distributing our products. The company will not be liable to any company for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, out of the use of our software products or documentation.

The company will enhance and improve software products from time to time. The company has no obligation to provide modifications.
